1. When can I get the quotation ?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are really urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email, so that we can give priority to you about the quotation.

2. Can I get a sample to check your quality, and how can I get it ?

After price confirmation, if you require samples to check our quality, then please let us known. If you need a complete garage door sample, the sample cost and delivery fee will be charged. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the orders is a full container. If you need small sample pieces, then sample is free.

3. Can you do the package design for us ?

Yes, of course! We have good cooperated advertisement companies rich of experience in packages’ designing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect package cartons. Your logo, website, etc. can be displayed on the packages as you want.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample ?

After you pay the sample charge and send us the confirmed files, the complete door samples will be ready for delivery in 10days or 15days. Then they can be sent to you by sea , usually around 30days sailing they can arrive at your port. If you just need to have small sample pieces of panels, they can be sent to you by air , so around 5 days later you can get them.

5. What about the lead time for full container orders ?

Usually 20-25 days after we get your deposit.

6. What is your standard trade terms ?

EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF etc are ok for us. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you .
