We do Quality Checking from raw material check before leaving our warehouse amd shipment. We keep records of quality test including wearing and cutting. For bulk and OEM order clients, Customize testing methods and keep track of wearing and cutting. we will not done the shipment if the quality does not meet the standard.

For machine minimum order is 1 PCS. For tumbling media minimum order is 25kg or 55 lbs as one pallet. You can ship less amount of media if ship with the machine. Sample order is allowed to ship less amount of tumbling media.

25kg per bag (double layer plastic woven bags made from PP) 40 bags/pallets,1000kg per pallet. We use fermentation wooden pallets with marks. Customized logo and printing available.
For USA, 50 lbs bags design is available, 2000 lbs/ Pallets.
Q: How long is your production time?
1-3 working days for sample order; 10-15 working days for bulk order. Emergency order can be fulfilled to be negotiated.
