I.Brief description
1. The chips cooking machine also named steam kettle, cooking pan, steam-jacketed kettle. It’s mainly consists of kettle(pot) and support structure. The kettle is double-layer structure of inside and outside the spherical kettle, and inlet steaming to inter-layer to heat.
2. The chips cooking machine is with characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time for liquid materials, easy control for heating temperature, nice look, simple installation,convenient operation, safety and durable, etc.
3. The chips cooking machine can be used to process food materials and other industry material.Such as, stewed meat, salt and other seasonings tasty, boiling, cooking and steaming, melting sugar&jam&chocolate, boiling tomato juice. It also can paste shampoo, medicine liquid, etc.

II. Structural characteristics
♦ Inside kettle adopts stainless steel materials, outside kettle adopts carbon steel and exterior coating antirust paint.
♦ The inside kettle of jacketed kettle adopts acidproof and heat-resistant stainless steel. The machine is equipped with pressure gage and safety valve.
♦ Inside kettle and outside kettle both adopts stainless steel.
