Methane reforming water vapor one-stage conversion catalyst is a sintered conversion catalyst with nickel as the active component, alumina as the carrier, and special anti-carbon additives added. It is suitable for the first conversion section of the synthetic ammonia, methanol or hydrogen production plant from different raw materials such as natural gas, coke oven gas, refinery gas, naphtha, and oilfield associated gas, to convert hydrocarbons and water into H2, CO, CO2 reaction. It is also suitable for ammonia cracking hydrogen production plant.
1. Natural gas to produce ammonia, methanol, hydrogen production unit.
2. Coke oven gas to produce ammonia, methanol, hydrogen production unit.
3. Catalytic dry gas, coking dry gas hydrogen production device.
4. Oil field gas, refinery gas, naphtha, etc. as raw materials for methanol, ammonia plant.
