Sanitary 3A complying design with food grade sanitary finish.
Interior Construction: 304 or 316 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish.
Exterior Construction: 304 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish.
Heat Transfer Surface: Spherical jacket heating, adding side heating is optional, rated for 90 psi.
Structure: Tilting type, vertical structure, adopted with stirring and without stirring according to the process. Insulation: Optional.
Vertical Agitation: Single or double agitator. Adjustable anti-vortex baffle.
Motor: SEW or Nord.
Tank Top: Double open hinged lids, CIP cleaning.
Tank Bottom: Sphere and center outlet.
Inlet/Outlet Ports: Sanitary clamp connections.
Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs.
Application: Stainless steel jacketed kettle mainly used for mixing or cooking food, size range from 100 to 800 gallons.
