Stainless steel upper flange sealed pressure reactor with mechanical seal/manhole sight glass
Stainless steel reactor is a new product successfully developed on the basis of absorbing new technology, which is widely used in pharmaceutical, building materials, chemical, pigment, resin, food and other industries, with the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no boiler automatic heating, easy to use and so on. The working principle is that the magnetic coupler in the reactor stirrer drives the outer magnet to rotate through the motor or reducer, and then drives the inner magnet inside the seal cover to rotate through the magnetic effect. The seal cover of the isolated inner magnet and the kettle body are pressed together with graphite gasket through bolts to achieve complete isolation from the outside world, thus achieving no leakage under high temperature and pressure.
