Our stainless steel seam welding machine has a fish-scale welding effect, good airtightness and high strength. It can be used for all kinds of steel plate seam welding and radiator welding. You can also weld the back cover of some drums. High-strength body, adjustable speed electrode, high-quality welding head. It can ensure long-term welding and reduce the wear of the machine head.
The transformer is made of imported silicon steel sheet and all-through winding. Therefore, the no-load voltage is small, which greatly reduces the energy consumption. Energy saving is more than 30% than ordinary welding machine.

* There are two standard Types: Transversal Seam Welding Machine and Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine;
* Also one machine can be used as both transversal seam welding and longitudinal seam welding, only need to change the direction of upper welding wheel and the lower welding head and change the welding arm;
* Welding wheel adopt three-phase infinitely adjustable-speed drives,convenient to welding speed adjusting,the two welding wheels have the same tangential speed;
* Adopt adjustable stroke cylinder,to avoid collision damage between upper and lower welding wheel;
* Driven one head and free the other head;
* Widely used in hardware, appliances, automotive, manufacturing pots, can, fuel tank, tank producing and other metal manufacturing and processing industries.
