»Make samples
Q: Can you design samples? Is that free?
A: Yes, we can. But the design service is charged, we refund the cost when we get the production order.
Q : Can i have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
A : The customized samples cost us several hours or more, so it should be charged. If the sample is unqualified or a mass order is released, we will refund the sample cost.
Q : Can you build a new mold to make the samples?
A : Yes, we can build all kind of molds, but you should take the cost. If we can get the mass order, it can be refunded later.
»Delivery time
Q: How can we make sure the quality and lead time?
A: We can send you samples to confirm the quality. Our management system of production and supply chain avoids the delay effectively. If you are still worried about the delivery time, we can discuss the compensation terms for overdue delivery.
Q : Can you provide after-sales services?
A: If you concern a quality problem, please provide photos or test report, we will replace defective goods or return part of funds. Even we can send you several more products as a buffer, and those buffer products can be settled until we get the other order of the same products.

Q : What is your terms of payment?
A: If the order is less than 1000USD, it should be 100% paid in advance by T / T.
If the order is not less than 1000USD, it should be 50% paid in advance by T / T before production, the rest 50% should be paid before shipment.
»About quotation
Q : How can i get the quotation?
A : Please provide drawings with material, quantity, surface treatment, and/or other requests. DWG, PDF, SOLIDWORKS file format is good.
If you don’t have drawing, please send the sample/photos/videos to us, we can quote base on them after communication and confirmation.
