1.What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2.Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide samples in stock for free. But request sample charge for custom designs or the items out of stock. For both situation, the freight will be on you.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

For samples in stock, it takes 2-3 days. If the sample need to be with custom designs, it takes 5-10 days normally.

4.How long is the production lead time?

The lead time of mass production based on order quantity. Normally takes 30 days for MOQ. But our production capacity can ensure fast delivery time for large quantity order.

5.How many colors are available?

Any Pantone color is available. Just send us Pantone color NO..

6.What is your payment term?

 TT, L/C at sight, west union and so on.
