GQ/GQ tubular centrifuge
This centrifuge is a high-speed vertical separator with strong centrifugal force and intermittently operation.It is composed of the main body, driving unit, bowl, liquid collector tray, and feed liquid bearing seat and others.The upper of the bowl is a mainshaft and the lower is a damp bearing.The driven wheel is droven by the motor via the belt and the tension pulley, it makes the bowl rotate around its own axis at high speed, and form a strong centrifugal force field. Meanwhile the material is injected into the bowl from the liquid inlet on the bottom. The centrifugal force makes the material liquid to flow upwards along the inner wall of bowl, and to be separated due to different ingredients densities.
Working Principle
GF Series
GF model is a separating equipment for the liquid-liquid or liquid-liquid-solid separation,the high density liquid is formed into outer ring and the liquid phase of small density is shaped into inner ring, to flow to the top of bowl, to be discharged out from their respective liquid outlets. The micro solids settle on the wall of the bowl and is manually discharged after the machine stop.

GQ Tubular Separator is used for separating various suspension liquids that are difficult for separation, especially for
liquid-solid suspension with low concentration, high viscidity, fine solid phase granule,and very small difference in
gravities,such as clarification of various medicine liquid and oral liquid.
