(1) Solid-liquid separation
The kitchen garbage collection truck of the kitchen garbage collection system will transport the kitchen garbage to the treatment station. After weighing by the weigher, it will enter the unloading workshop and unload it into the receiving hopper. At the bottom of the receiving hopper, a filter screen will be set up to drain the leach and drive it into the oil-water separation system.Large materials are separated and processed by astrolabe sieve, such as plastic bags, big bones and glass bottles.

(2) Oil and water separation
The oil and water enter the separation zone and enter the gravity return zone first, and perform separation (heating function) to prevent coagulation. The oil and water slowly enters the oil separation zone for separation. The oil and water separation function (patented technology) in the zone is provided with the grease in the wastewater. Brought to the surface of the water to layer water and grease, the removal rate of more than 90%.
The water flows to the drainage area for discharge to the outside of the equipment. Garbage such as particles smaller than 3 mm in diameter enters the bottom sewage disposal area and is awaiting uniform discharge into the municipal sewage pipe network.

(3) Dewatering, desalination and reduction
Firstly, it is pulverized by grinding chamber, then subjected to spiral extrusion pulverization technology to achieve dehydration, desalination and reduction; self-contained overload protection system to protect the motor and extend the life of the equipment.
