How to calculate the volume of the gate:
1. Refer to the length proportion of the gate, for example, a 10-meter long gate, length proportion is 1:0.2+0.54, then the gate can be flexed to 2.54-mter long.
2. Add 5cm in gate width, 15cm in height, 10cm in length, then calculate the volume.
4. 20' GP-Standard(27CBM) with about 50-70m long gate, 40' GP-Standard(65CBM) with 120-150m long gate.
How to packing and shipping:
1.Each sliding gate is packed by one wooden crate or wooden case
2.Wooden pallet and wooden crate package will be fumigated
3.The sliding gate will be packed fully folded onto pallet and wrapped by bubble film and then fixed by wooden crate
4.It will be wooden case cover package by LCL shipment and we will send goods to local customs house warehouse
5.It will be wooden crate package by FCL shipment and we will contact container here in our factory for loading
Q:How many meters should purchase for my case?
A:Total length of opened door*unit price+the price of motor+the price of attachment(screen+anti-climbing+anti-collision )= total price
Eg: The length of the gate is 10m, unit price is RMB1000, no track motor, front scrolling screen, anti-climbing device.
The total price of the door is 10*1000+3200+200+300+300=RMB14000
Q:How long should I purchase if I know the size of the door?
A:The golden ratio 5-1: 6m length of door with 5m ground, 12m length of door with 10m ground, and so on.
