Stainless steel blind hole countersunk stud sheet metal fastener CSS / CSOS
Countersunk nut column, also known as riveting stud or nut column, is a kind of fastener used for sheet metal, sheet metal, chassis and cabinet. One end of the countersunk nut column is hexagonal and the other end is cylindrical. There is a undercut between the hexagon and the cylinder, and its internal shape is internal thread. The hexagon head is pressed into the pre hole of the sheet metal with a press (the diameter of the pre hole is generally slightly larger than that of the pressure hole). The cylindrical outer diameter of the rivet stud causes plastic deformation around the hole, and the deformed part is pressed into the undercut of the rivet stud, so that the rivet stud is riveted on the sheet metal, thus forming an effective fixed internal thread on the sheet metal.
