Web Wire Mesh offers a variety of wire mesh filter discs made of different metal material and sizes. Typical material includes low carbon steel wire mesh and stainless steel wire mesh which are punched into round shape,circular shape,square shape,rectangular shape,oval shape,special shape.Weave type of wire mesh mainly includes plain weave,twilled weave,plain dutch weave and twilled dutch weave.Filter discs are available in single layer or multiple layers screen packs combined with various mesh counts by spot welding or bounded with aluminum or stainless steel rim. Generally coarse screen mesh ranges from 10-40 mesh,intermediate mesh ranges from 40 mesh to 60 mesh,fine screen mesh ranges from 80 mesh to 150 mesh+. wire screen packs are inserted to the breaker plate in screen changers to play the important role for melt filtration and plastic extrusion in plastics&rubber processing industry, chemical&pharmaceutical industry.

(1).Black wire mesh,also called steel wire mesh,mild steel wire mesh,low carbon steel wire mesh.

(2).Stainless steel wire mesh including stainless steel 304 wire, 304L wire, 316 wire, 316L wire.

(3).Copper wire mesh including pure copper wire mesh and brass wire mesh.

Wire Mesh Filter Discs are inserted to breaker plates in various kinds of screen changers:

• manual screen changers
• single plate screen changers
• double piston screen changers
• continuous screen changers

Application fields:

(1) Be used in plastic and rubber processing machinery to ensure a clean and viable extrusion.Extruder 

screens are an imperative part of the melt filtration and extrusion process. It is effect to keeps away 

mixing of foreign particles in finally equipped extrusion product and provide a clean and clear extrusion for 

plastic and rubber processing machinery.
