Product Overview
This material feeding transfer pump can connect with a storage tank or a mixing tank to transfer the material to the packing machine.
Features:
1. The material transfer pumps are used in a variety of industries including pulp and paper, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology.

3. Offer continuous and intermittent reversible flows and can operate dry for brief periods of time.
4. Flow is relatively independent of changes in process pressure, too. So output is relatively constant and continuous.
This machine can be used for transfer the liquid products to the filling machine. It can transfer different kinds of liquid products like hand cream, body lotion, detergent, liquid soap, dish washing, hand sanitizer, disinfectant, tomato sauce, pharmaceutical ointment, etc products.
Application:
It is widely used in the cosmetics processing line, for transferring the material from the storage tank to the filling machine. It should be work together with the air compressor as it is driven by the cylinder under the pump.
This material transfer pump is an automatic one. It is equipped with a level sensor on the hopper. When material in the hopper is lower than the longest wire, it can pump the material automatically. While when the material in the hopper reach the shortest wire, the machine will stop to pump the material automatically. Customers can choose the semi automatic or the full automatic one according to their need.
