Stainless Steel Pressure Vacuum Relief Breather Valve with Flame Arrester
The flame arrester breather valve, is a new type of breather valve improved according to the normal breather valve. The fire-proof breathing valve is connected with the breathing valve, which is conducive to installation. At the same time, the cost is reduced.
Working principle of the flame arrester breather valve:
The breather valve should have the functions of releasing positive pressure and negative pressure. Specifically, when the container is under positive pressure, the breathing valve will open the exhaled gas to release the positive pressure; when the container is under negative pressure, the fire resistance breather valve will open the inhaled gas to release the negative pressure. So as to ensure the pressure in a certain range and ensure the safety of the container.
Features and Performance
1. The material design and structure of the new explosion-proof flame arrester breather valve are reasonable, and the fire resistance and breathing are integrated to reduce the cost.
2. The valve disc and seal ring are made of stainless steel and polytetrafluoroethylene. Good low temperature resistance and antifreeze performance.
3. Fire resistant breather valve is a ventilation device installed on the fixed roof tank, which can reduce oil evaporation and loss. It is an excellent product for energy conservation and emission reduction, and can save resources for enterprises.
4. It can adjust the pressure inside and outside the oil tank automatically.
5. It has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, easy maintenance and installation.
6. The results show that the explosion resistance is qualified, and the fire resistance can be achieved every time after 13 consecutive explosion resistance tests.
7. Qualified low temperature and antifreeze performance: the pressure valve disc and vacuum valve disc have no deformation after operating at - 42 ℃ for 2 hours.
8. After 72 hours of continuous operation at 36 ℃ for 10000 times, the contact surfaces of pressure valve disc, vacuum valve disc and guide rod showed no signs of abrasion or collision, and the guide rod was sensitive to rise and fall without jamming.
Maintenance and repair:
In order to ensure the new performance to achieve the purpose of full use. The breather valve shall be inspected and maintained for half a year.
1. Check whether the action of pressure valve disc and vacuum valve disc is flexible, and whether the contact of guide rod and valve ring is damaged.
2. When re installing the pressure valve disc, ensure that the contact surface is tight and the guide rod rises and falls flexibly.
3. When using a new breather valve, the shockproof material between the valve discs must be removed, and the valve must be installed vertically
