Product Description
This is our new high pressure and high temperature autoclave novoclave. This high pressure reactor system is designed for processes involving high pressures and temperatures. Safety features guarantee safe reactions under highest pressure. Electrical heating with built-in automated tap water cooling for fast and precise temperature control
The stainless steel reactors ensure high corrosion resistance. The magnetic stirrer drive ensures efficient mixing and stirring of the process media as well as excellent heat transfer.
1. It adopts using static seal structure, and magnetic coupling connection between mixer and motor.
2. The non-contact transmission of torque can solve the leakage problem, so that the media and mixing part are completely in a state of absolute sealing, therefore , it more suitable for stir reaction of a variety of explosive, toxic, expensive media and other strong penetration media.
3. It is to ideal no leak reaction device for vulcanization, fluorination, hydrogenation, oxidation reaction of petroleum, chemical,organic synthesis, high- molecular Materials polymerization and food industry.
