Introduction Of Melted Chocolate Machine
1.The melted chocolate machine is provided with a water holding layer, and a hot water pipe communicating with the water holding layer is placed in the inner barrel, so that the whole piece of cocoa butter is put into the hot water pipe for accelerated melting.
2.The lower part is provided with a steam heating pipe inlet (or electric heater) and a water supply port. The upper part is provided with an interlayer water overflow port. There is a water drain at the bottom.
Note:The outlet of the overflow pipe must not be connected to a valve or closed, heated, and not subject to pressure.
