    1.2 Furnace structure description

    1) The melting furnace shell is welded by the steel plate and the steel plate,10mm steel plate and 16# channel. Strengthening the steel structure in the key position to prevent deformation. Above liquid line the furnace wall is constituted by the high-quality clay brick and diatomite brick and refractory fiber, under liquid line, the furnace wall is constituted by the premium high alumina brick, leakage resistance of the castable and diatom mud brick and refractory fiber composition, roof use heavy casting materials and light weight castable and fixed by heat-resistant negative anchoring hook, the bottom constituted by steel, steel plate, a heat-insulating layer, leakage resistant castable and premium high alumina brick composition.

2)The door made of heat-resisting cast iron, steel plate and a thermal insulation layer and lightweight castable. The door lifting is driven by the chain sprocket and motor with brake to achieve the door with weight pressing seal

The furnace door frame is made of heat resistant cast iron,  fixed on the steel structure of the furnace by bolts. All  heat-resistant cast iron pieces to be machined, ensure the dimensional accuracy between the door and the door frame can form a good seal.

Burner system: 2 tons of aluminum melting furnace with rectangular SINON burner (imitation Germany technology),two sets, adjusting the ratio of 1:10.It could better take into account the melting and heat preservation of two different stages of heat load change requirements. The fuel burner is approximately 15. inclined to the molten pool, could ensure rapid impact on aluminum metal heating. The combustion system consists of combustion fan, manual regulation valve, manual ball valve, air pipe. The automatic electronic ignition burner ignition. In the operation period, the size of the flame burner is adjusted by artificial flowmeter.

   Exhaust system:  a gas dynamic composition of exhaust valve, a flue, a chimney, burner combustion products through the chimney discharged directly. The flue gas can be eliminated from the ground through the underground flue to the outside of the workshop. The furnace pressure can be effectively controlled through the smoke gate and the electric actuator

Temperature monitoring system: through arranged on the furnace wall of the thermocouple to gather temperature signal send to digital form to display the furnace temperature, in the production operators can by observing the temperature in the furnace to adjust the size of the burner flame

    3) Air supply system comprises a combustion air pipe, valve and blower motor. .

4) The fuel system comprises a front oil supply line and a valve member. .

5) The temperature of aluminum liquid, temperature measuring device and measuring device .

6) The control system can manually adjust the temperature according to the temperature display, can realize the pressure display and automatic control of the furnace, and can measure the fuel consumption. Sound and light alarm when the furnace is over temperature .

On the furnace wall through the catheter installation with a micro pressure gauge, pneumatic valve are arranged in the smoke flue, pneumatic valve with cooling fan, through the cooling fan and gas control valve can be obtained by air cooling, and the improvement of the pneumatic valve service life. In the production of operators can be observed through the furnace pressure to adjust the size of the valve opening, so as to adjust the pressure of furnace. The furnace pressure is generally maintained at micro positive pressure.
