This instrument is a viscometer. The motor drives the rotor at a constant speed by changing the speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity torque acting on the rotor, and the viscous torque will also be greater; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the viscous torque. The viscous moment acting on the rotor is The sensor is detected and processed by the computer to obtain the viscosity of the measured liquid.
The instrument adopts microcomputer technology and can conveniently set the range (rotor number and rotation speed), digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and clearly display the rotor number, rotation speed, and measured value set on the display. Main technical features
1. Using synchronous motor with stable rotational speed, connecting scale disc and then through the gossamer and shaft drives the rotor to rotate.
2. Using gear and clutch system to variable speed, operated by a dedicated rotary knob, divided into four stalls speed, can be selected based on the measurement.
3. With 1 to 4 four kinds of rotors, can be preset 4 stall speed, according to the measurement of the viscosity of the liquid to choose the speed with the use of speed, meet the requirements of different range of measurement.
