Spiral wrap PE fiber optic cable protection sleeve
Hydraulic hose protective sleeve, also known as spiral protective sleeve, hose protective sleeve, hose sleeve, etc., is a kind of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) or nylon (PA) as raw materials, and it is extruded by hot winding. The spiral sheath made by the process is widely used in hydraulic equipment. It is used to reduce the friction between hydraulic hose and metal parts and improve the service life of the equipment, so it is also called hydraulic hose protective cover.
The size of hydraulic hose protective sleeves generally ranges from 8MM small-sized protective sleeves to 200MM large-sized protective sleeves.
The hydraulic hose protective sleeve is a new product that replaces the traditional metal protective spring for hose protection. The protective sleeve of hydraulic hose is generally made of nylon or polypropylene. The hydraulic hose protective sleeve has good wear resistance, anti-aging and anti-corrosion performance corresponding to the traditional metal protective spring products; it can more effectively protect the outer surface of the hose against aging and friction. Compared with hose spring protection products and other sheath products, hydraulic hose protective sleeves are more convenient and environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The inner surface of the hydraulic protective sleeve is generally flat, and the outer surface is divided into two types: flat and curved.
