Organic Silicon Oil SRS is a special textile softener develop from the most advanced 

modified technology of organosilicon. 

It has a new chemical structure,coupled with the double modified functional groups, that make 

the fabric has a feel just like the silk which is fullness, smooth and washable. 

Special Organic Silicon Oil SRS is special design for the use of fluorocarbon soil release finish. 

It can be in all kinds of fabric together with fluoric dirt repellent finishing agent. 

Effectively improve the feeling, however has no effect on the decontamination effect. 

Performance and quality is extremly similar to American MagnasoftÒ SRS.

SRS softener can be applied to different types of fibers (such as cotton, wool, viscose fiber, rayon, etc.) 

and all kinds of fabrics, especially suitable for synthetic fibers. 

Compare to the normal amino-modified silicone softeners, SRS can get smoother and 

better low-yellowing effect, and less consumption.

Properties

also can improve finishing process of the fabric.

for easy decontamination.

Application

Dilution / dissolution

SRS should be diluted with water (usually diluted ten times) before 

they can be applied to the textile processing.

After diluted, the SRS can play its excellent results no matter in dipping or padding process.

Reference process

SRS can be directly mixed with fluorocarbon soil release finish agent and 

anti-wrinkling resin in the same bath.

Use as a general softening agent please refer to the following processes:

Padding - 100% cotton woven fabric (one dip and one pad, tenter pre-dry, 110 ° C - 130 ° C)

SRS            5 g/L - 10 g/L ( Thick fabric )
NP-6 0.3 g/L - 1.0 g/L
at temperature of 20°C - 25°C
mangle expression is 85 %
NP-6 is emulsion soaping agent which can help to enhance the padding rate of the SRS, 

whether use or not is base on the customers.

Packing & Storage

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 months sealed in room temperature.
