interlocking concrete hollow blocks plastic mold is our newest block mold design, use PP (EP200K) as raw material with size of 400x200x200mm, 300x150x150mm, it can replace the normal block machine to produce the concrete blocks for your house building, also the final block from this mold is with smooth surface and easy to paint and decorate the indoor and outdoor wall. Most importantly,this block can be 100% interlock together which will save more cement during building and more stable structure for the whole house.

Working Tips:
1.Use the 90# gear box oil or mix with used food oil to paint inner the moulds, then use the brush to coat the moulds in order to release the concrete blocks easily.
2. Silver sand: 13mm stone (gravel) cement(400#)=3:2:1, pour the mixed concrete into the interlock moulds, start the vibration table at the same time and keep vibrating until the concrete in the moulds is level and some bubble come out, then send to warehouse (with good ventilation) for 24-36 hours drying.
3. Release the fixed screw and loose the moulds, then move the block out.
When stacking bricks, the bottom of the bricks needs to be smeared with concrete, so that the brick wall will be stronger
When building a house, we can fix the steel bars in the middle of the interlocking bricks, which can extend the service life of the house and enhance its stability
