Precautions For Use
● After filling the bag, push out the excess air before you seal the zipper. Don`t leave residue inside the zipper surface.
● Use the white zipper sealing clip, run it across the double zipper a few times to ensure the zipper is completely closed. Make sure the zipper is closed by putting a bit of pressure on the bag.
● Place the bag on a flat surface and rearrange the food so nothing passes the maximum line. Ensure it is no food on the valve!
● Put the pump on the Air Valve, and begin to pull out the air from the bag. Make sure the suction tip is centered on the air valve! Tips: too much pressure can restrict the airflow!
● Clip the bag to the side of your sous vide container while sous vide cooking, allow the air valve stay above the water.
● Wash the bags with a mixture of vinegar and soap water & leave them to dry completely for next using. (Tips: To avoid washing the Vacuum Bags frequently, it’s better to use a normal plastic bag to pack the foods well before vacuum packing.)
● Not recommendable to store the food with sharp edges such as bones or the food with too much water or with powder (e.g. flour) in case the air valve is damaged. Because the liquid or powder will be sucked out together with the air and then it will damage the One-Way Air Valve.
● It is preferable to peel fruits and blanch green vegetables before vacuum packing, because the green vegetables can be Anaerobic Respiration under vacuum status, it will release the carbon dioxide at all times.
● Before filling the bag, make a note on the white Labeling Panel.
● If you vacuumize stale vegetables or cucumber and pumpkin, those vegetables will generate moisture or gases because of the inner pressure and the plastic bag will inflate. So you’d better only seal (Not VACUUM seal)these kind of food.
● Better use the vacuum packed vegetables in two weeks.
● Warnings: Keep bags out of reach of children!!
