Our factory uses automatic batching machine, automatic feeding machine, automatic rubber mixing machine, automatic film shearing machine, automatic cord cutting machine, automatic molding machine, automatic vulcanizing machine and other automatic generation equipment to complete the generation process of flexible rubber joint, and we start from the source of raw material purchasing standards, and carry out various detection tests through our own factory's detection center to ensure the quality stable.

Our strengths:
1. Our factory has its own purchasing standard of raw materials. All the materials are brand materials. Every purchase has a purchase contract and a warehouse entry form. The raw materials purchased in each batch are sampled and tested. They can only be put into production after passing the test;
2. There is a storage standard for raw materials in our factory. The warehouse keeper will store and issue the raw materials according to the storage cycle;
3. We use the fully automatic small material batching system, which can automatically match the raw materials according to the rubber formula, and it is accurate;
4. We use the full-automatic bulk batching and feeding system,which can accurately weigh carbon black, calcium carbonate and oil raw materials and then deliver them to the internal mixer cabin through pipes, which is accurate and environmentally friendly;
5. Automatic program will complete the mixing process of rubber,mixing time and temperature will be controlled by computer, very accurate;
6. In the mixing process, we use a set of temperature control system to solve the problem of too high temperature in the rubber mixing process, because too high temperature will cause damage to the rubber, and many manufacturers do not have this temperature control system;
7. We will stop and test the mixed rubber according to the requirements. The testing center will conduct Mooney test on the mixed rubber, and the rubber will enter the tablet after passing the test;
8. After the film is released, the testing center will also carry out sulfur change test,tensile force, elongation at break,permanent deformation rate, brittleness, hardness, adhesion and other tests on the film;
9.The rubber sheet and cord fabric sheet in our factory are cut by automatic equipment to ensure consistent data size;
10. Molding machine we use a fully automatic molding machine, it can automatically turn over the film, the steel wire wrapped in it, so that each flexible rubber joint can meet the standard;
11. The last process is vulcanization. We have 20 sets of automatic vulcanizing machines, whose vulcanization temperature, time and pressure are controlled by computer. If there is no password of the person in charge, no one can modify these parameters, and the vulcanization process will be recorded by computer, which is convenient for future query and tracking.
12. After vulcanization, the flexible rubber joint will be installed with flange in the assembly workshop, and the staff of the testing center will carry out sampling inspection on the flexible rubber joint, including water pressure detection, water pressure explosion test and type test.
