ZhongShi Decanter Centrifuge is designed for the drilling mud solids control and oilfield waste management.ZhongShi VFD drive decanter centrifuge with variable speed allows drilling contracor or mud service company to do the barite recovery, fine/ ultra fine solids paration,dewatering centrifuge.ZhongShi have the decanter centrifuge from 9 inch bowl to 22 inch bowl available for different applications.ZhongShi decanter centrifuge bowl length and diameter ration is over 3, this gives the best result for the drilling fluids cleaning
Product application
Centrifuge is the key equipment in treatment of harmful superfine solidoid in drilling liquid. It can separate and recycle the solidoid with the particle of bigger than 5µm and recover the density of drilling liquid so as to increase drilling speed. It is ideal drilling liquid purification equipment for drilling a deep well and a horizontal well. This equipment is mainly used to control density, viscosity of drilling liquid, minimize solidoid content in drilling liquid, clear away harmful solidoid and recover barite, and provide secondary recovery to swirler bottom in order to assure of excellent performance of drilling liquid and increase drilling speed.

With it’s removable legs, the GLW355 Decanter Centrifuge can be used on solids control mud tank or the telescopic skid for drilling waste management.
