Ningbo Fly Automation Co.,Ltd Was established in 2010, we have been working in agrochemical field for about 26 years, we have a professional production of process, committed to providing customers with the most satisfactory service.

We are a solenoid valve manufacturer, we have the ability of mass production . we have our own developing and designing team, which ensure our own technological and specific products for customers.

3. Where’s your factory located? Can we visit your factory?
Our company is in Xikou town,Fenghua city,Zhejiang Province, China,Which is near by Ningbo city,
Customers will be always welcomed to visit our company and our factories.Please contact us your schedule,we will arrange to pick up you and visit our factory.

4. How do you make the quality guarantee?
We have our own quality control center, we have advanced equipments for the inspections. We can guarantee every product will be tested after production. 

5. Can you support the specific productions?
We can design and develop the products of customer's requirement, if you have the specific products, please send us a sample, we will develop it for you.

6. What's the transportation service?
Usually, we will be according your address, choose the fastest and cheapest way, the DHL,TNT,Fedex or China post express all can support.

One year quality guarantee Policy
We will check the goods quality before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems
happen, we hope to solve the problems with buyer through friendly in the following ways:
1, If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 15days after receiving the goods,
buyer must provide photos or video and other evidence to seller for identify.
2, Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.
3, Product quality processing program:
1) The buyer return the products for bad quality reasons for one year (not included those
damages coursed by shipping or Man-made damaged ). A 15% restocking fee is
assessed for any products returned in "used" condition. And then we will send a new
product to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost.
2) If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD) has quality problems, we
will resend a new product in buyer next order; if buyer don’t plan to make a new order in
the near term, buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask to resend a new product. If
there is an issue with the products, please contact us– we will solve it as soon as we get
your email.
