A: Our factory is located in Qingtong Industrial Area,Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province,China,about 3 hours bus ride from Shanghai.All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
4. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1 pcs sample for free. If you need more samples please pay the cost, but we will return the samples cost to you when you formal order.
5. Q: What is the delivery date of the samples?
A: About 5 ~ 10 days. Because some kind of the heating elements need to prepare the material.
6. Q: Are your products customized?
A: Yes,the products in the website are only the common type or the previous types from other customers,we can supply the new products according to your requirements or drawings.
7. Q: Which items you are inspection?
A: 1, External dimension. 2, Insulation Puncture Test (2000V 1amp). 3, Insulation resistance test (1000V).
8. Q: If we find the elements has quality problems I mean If, how will you dispose?
