A: We usually ship the products by express(delivery it to your door) or by air freight to your nearest airport, shipping days:3-7 working days depend on destination;If the order quantity is large, we may ship by sea container and the best ship way is by sea, shipping days: over 20 working days depend on destination port.

Q8:How to Order?
A:Step1. After making every details clear with our sale, Please confirm orders to us.We will send you a Performa invoice (PI).Need your information, such as full name,country, city, detail address, post code, tax number ...
Step2. Send payment T/T or West union. On the basis of the PI & send back us the proof, we will delivery by FedEx or DHL within 3-5 working days after payment confirmed.
Setp3. Confirm us receipt of products.
Q9: After sales service?
A: For small quantity of defective cartridges, please kindly send us some proof of quality problem, such as photo, and scanned print sheets, etc. And we will send you replacement cartirdge of same model and quantity alongwith next shipment
For batch problems, firstly we need several pcs samples to be sent back to us, once we test the samples and confirm the batch problem, we will arrange shipping back the defective cartridges, and replace them with next shipment.
