Stone Coated Steel Roof Tile uses aluminum zinc plated steel sheet (also called galvalume steel) as the substrate, acrylic resin glue as the glue, and natural stone chips and the coating. Therefore, form a durable roof that still retains the aesthetic advantages of high end roofing such as classical or shingle tile.

1. Long Warranty

All Sangobuild stone coated metal roof tile are made with galvalume steel (Aluminum Zinc coated steel sheet).

Galvalume steel can last 6-9 times longer than ordinary galvanised steel(Zinc plated stee).

Furthermore, the reflective rate for galvalume steel is twice higher than the galvanized steel, so it can better reduce temperature rise .

3. No Color Fading

Sangobuild roofing tile are coated with CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which are taken from quarries in French. CL also supplies the stone chips to the factories in New Zealand, South of Korea and USA.The CL granules have been tested that they can well resist the weathering and the extreme UV, and the color will never fade.

4. No Stones Peel Off

The traditional spraying glue will cause the granules pee off easily. Sangobuild has improved the technology to pouring glue which could avoid the stones peeling off problem very well.
