Andy: sample cost and freight on your account, however it is also refundable in your bulk order, which in another way it means we'd like to prefer to provide all our VALUED CLIENTS free sample.

Andy: International practice T/T 30% in advance, balance before shipment for first order, repeat order is negotiable of course.
