Operation method

1. The machine shall be installed on the dry and ventilated horizontal ground to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the machine.
2. Before use, check whether the power voltage is consistent with the use of the machine;Whether the core with the grounding symbol is reliably grounded;Whether the turn meets the requirements;Install the front dustpan and the front dustpan according to the position shown in the picture.(For the convenience of packaging and transportation, the vertical dustpan is not installed on the machine)
3. Noodle mix: for products with flour mixing mechanism, when the inverting switch is placed in "inverting", the agitator in the mixing bowl will start to operate. After mixing the flour evenly, the open feeder switch can automatically eliminate the flour.(It is recommended to remove the noodle knife when mixing noodles to extend the service life of the noodle knife).
4. Dough processing: place the switch in a "smooth" position for the dough machine. When the dough is kneaded and pressed by the rolls, the gap between the rolls should be adjusted from thick to thin, and the thickness of the incoming flour should be 2~3 times of the coming thickness.After many times of kneading and pressing, the dough can improve its strength and taste. It is suggested that users make full use of the kneading and pressing function of the machine.The dough pieces before cutting should be 3~5mm thick and be rolled with a rolling rod for backup use.
5. Strip cutting: Install the noodle knife: the left and right grid plates are provided with two knife slots. Put the noodle knife into the slot, after the gear on the noodle knife bites into the big gear, screw the butterfly nut and fix the noodle knife with the fixing bracket.
