The FL511/W series air-cooled diesel engine is the new product which was introduced by the German Deutz company and has international advanced technology. The product has two models: Single and Double cylinders, have the features of small size, light weight, high reliability and advanced performance indicators.
 
Main structural features:
1. FL511/W engine adopts axial flow cooling fan with high cooling intensity. It can control the oil temperature below 110 °C, and has better cooling effect than other medium and small power diesel engines.
 
2. FL511/W engine is equipped with a hydraulic transmission device, which can output power in two stages, so it is especially suitable as a supporting power for various machines.
 
3. The cylinder head and the cylinder block are fixed together on the crankcase by four high-strength bolts. This connection method can not only reduce the thermal stress of the body, but also reduce the thermal deformation of the cylinder head.
 
4. Insert the cylinder on both sides of the thrust surface of the piston skirt to prevent deformation, make the structure compact, and reduce the reciprocating inertia force. The top part has a convex structure, so that the bottom of the cylinder head is processed into a concave shape, which can alleviate the tendency of cracking due to heat.
 
5. Adopting single-axis balance mechanism, the flying block governor and the balance block run coaxially. The spring steel plate for adjusting the fork is also used as a spring, and is equipped with a start-up thickening button, which is extremely convenient to use and greatly improves the start ability.
 
6. The hollow tappet push rod is used as the oil path for lubricating the rocker arm assembly. The adjustable arm oil nozzle is mounted on the rocker arm to adjust the lubrication condition to extend the life of the diesel engine.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral Carton with pallet or non-fumigation plywoodcase.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 3-7 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
