For the small flat die pellet machine, generally the quick wear spare parts is roller and die. Roller and die life time is about 300-500 hours, depend on the different material the life time have some difference. So we suggest you order some roller and die for spare, when you order the pellet machine.

Generally the the pellet diameter is 4mm, 6mm or 8mm, and mainly according your requirement. And the pellet diameter 4-12mm is operable for our machine. Our machine can suit for many different raw material, like sawdust, straw, efb etc biomasss material, or corn, wheat, bean etc corn.
