Product Description

Small filter press palm oil filter equipment is one kind of filter press that using the membrane filter plates. In the process of operation, at the end of feeding the material, high pressure liquid or gas(0.8-2.0mpa) medium can enter into membrane plate, then the whole membrane will expand to compress filter cake, and filter cake will be further dewatered, which is usually called membrane squeeze.

Liquid flow method:

External stream: the filtrate is discharged directly from the outlet port of the filter press, you can see the filtrate is leaving from the tap. 

Internal stream: the filtrate from various filter plate is collected before being discharged out of the filtrate port. This type is suitable for liquids that are not suitable for contact with air, such as liquids that are volatile, toxic, or prone to oxidation.
