More details of the line

1. Dough mixer

Mixing the wheat flour,water,salt

2.Roller pressing machine

Pressing the dough into plat shapes and cutting them into noodles,motor is controlled by inverter, speed is adjustable

3.Boilingmachine

Using the steam to boil the noodle fully. This process need about 15 minutes

4.Cutting machine

Cutting the continuous noodle into square shapes,speed is adjustable

5.platform

Between cutting machine and fryer, is to receive the square noodle after cutting

6 Fryer

Frying the noodles,make it crisp, and taste better.

Frying temperature and time is adjustable

7.Cooler 

After frying, noodle is transported to one platform. There is fan on the conveyer to cool the noodles
