a. Tires: Double tires, strong pressure bearing capacity, strong stability, non-slip.
b. Support leg: Quick disassemble and assembly, stabilize machine during work, protect tires, and extend service life.
c. Universal Steering wheel: can be dragged by a medium-sized forklift directly, ensure the direction changing stably.
d. Storage hopper base: moved from the middle to the front generating two advantages:

Mixer
Adopting the JZM concrete mixer. It can mix by rotating conversely and discharge by rotating reversely. Low noise, low power consumption, no pollution.
Aggregates batcher
Accumulating type of weighing is adopted which ensures the accuracy and reliability of measuring. It can deal with 2 to 4 types of aggregate. Accurate load cell and the auto difference compensation function also ensure the accuracy of measuring.
Weighing system
Water is weighed by a high accuracy load cell. Water is transported to the weighing hopper by the water pump and controlled by a pneumatic valve to weigh it, after weighing, water is supplied to the mixer by two pipelines. Additive weighing is the same process as that of the water, after weighing, the additive is sent to the water weighing hopper, finally, the additive and water are discharged into the mixer together.
Aggregate transferring system
After weighing, the aggregates are conveyed to the mixer by groove type of belt conveyor. The use of a groove type of belt conveyor not only can save space but also can facilitate the moving of the plant.
Control system
1. Automatic and manual control are available.
