-Low-temperature heating and fully enclosed chamber with hollow spiral blade. Continuous
process with automatic control system;
-The indirect heating method from both rotor and cylinder ensures that the raw material is cooked
well to avoid a large amount of condensed water mixed into the raw material, which causes the
loss of fishmeal protein;
-Adopts the frequency conversion motor to change the rotation speed of the cooker in order to meet
production process requirements of different seasons, different fish species and sizes;
-Automatic drainage system is used to recover all the steam condensed water to the boiler, which
greatly improves the utilization rate of the boiler and reduces energy consumption;
-Two ends of the rotor are equipped with auto-regulating pressure device, which avoids the leakage
of water or liquid from the cooker and keeps the production facility clean;
-Equipped with steel base and no need to provide concrete foundation, thus it is flexible when
changing installation location.
