1) Rinser Part

4 bottles are running through the conveyer belt with photo electricity(sensor),

the bottle cylinder will go out, meanwhile push the bottle into bottle support ring, and bottle neck support catch the bottle neck, then main shaft turned 180degree under gear wheel. Let bottle’s mouth face to land, jetting water into bottle, after a few seconds, the main shaft will be back, than finishing the washing.

2) Filler Part

The machine is composed of water tank, float ball, shaft, filling valve, pneumatic component, electric machine. Washing finished bottle is conveyed into filling position , cylinder push and hold the plate which can hitch bottles , the mouth of bottle can open the valve , finishing filling , plate which can hitching bottle will running down, the valve will closed automatically, the time lasting of filling can be adjusted.

3) Capper Part

The working is intermission when running. There are six positions for capping, and have 1 capping head, can automatically capping. The capper will be screw type with 3 start neck finish.

Within one year, if there is some accessory going wrong, we will send you the accessory at once, free of charge. 

1). Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.
2). Within one year, if you send back the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories; Both of them are free of charge.
3). After one years, we offer to repair the machine, but we quire for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.
