Q1.How is quality ensured?
All our products are awarded the CE and RoHS Certificate by TUV, and we have got utility model patent in China. We also can offer the two years warranty for the head of the motor.
If there is any problem happened at your side, please send us the pictures of the QC tracing Number.
Inform us the problem, we'll check and revert to offer you the replacement or the spare part after that.
For your information: each motor have a special QC tracing Number. All the QC tracing Number are carved on the side of the bracket.
Q2.How to control the quality before shipment?
We have a strict QC system, double-check each spare part and every ordered item: firstly during mass production and secondly pre-shipment. Sampling and full review are combined.
Q3.Can I buy one sample to test the quality?
Yes,it is our big pleasure to send one sample for you to test the qualtiy.

Q4.What about delivery time?
For samples within 10 pieces, it will be available within 7 working days after receipt of 100% payment.
For bulk goods over 50 pcs, it will be available within 20-30 days after receiving 30% TT deposit.
Q5.What kind of battery is suitable for the product?
We need the voltage for 32-36-40-46-50-55-60L trolling motor is 12V, only 86L is 24V.
You may series connect the double batteries, ensure the voltage of the battery is 24V for 86L.
For each battery, the best type of battery we suggested is 12V in 80 or 100 AH.
Of couse, you also can use 12V,40 or 60 AH, yet the time will be a little short.
