It is mainly used for iron ore, copper ore The tailings of gold ore and aluminum ore are dehydrated. Working principle
The vibrating dewatering screen adopts dual vibrating motors or flange-type vibrators (two ordinary motors are dragged to reverse self-synchronized rotation in the opposite direction), so that the screen body periodically reciprocates along the linear direction to achieve the purpose of graded dehydration. The double motor self-synchronous technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator are adopted.It is mainly composed of screen box, exciter, supporting system and motor.Two unrelated vibrators for synchronous reverse operation, two groups of eccentric mass produced by the centrifugal force along the vibration direction of the component superposition, reverse centrifugal offset, thus forming a single vibration along the vibration direction, the screen box reciprocating linear motion.
Production Advantages
1. The material of the dewatering screen adopts ultra-high molecular polyurethane (UHMW ---- PE), impact resistance, low temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, impact energy absorption, impact resistance in all plastics is The highest value, wear resistance is better than PTFE, nylon, carbon steel and other materials.
2. The vibration motor of the dewatering screen is easy to replace. The rubber spring on the base is used for shock absorption, so that the amplitude is not large, and the slow vibration can be taken off cleanly.
3. The dewatering sieve can be customized according to the output and water content. The side panel of the fuselage has a reinforcement plate, the bottom is equipped with a support, and the bottom is lined with a strip.
4. The vibration motor is fixed with high-strength bolts, and the bottom spring is a rubber spring. The quality of the spring will affect the life of the vibration motor. The fixed density of the sieve plate is high, and the ribs are reinforced in the sieve plate.
5. After welding, the welder will strictly avoid welding holes, and the bottom is supported by channel steel.
6. In addition, the screen hole can be adjusted as needed, the equipment has low noise and good dehydration effect.
7. Before delivery, the staff will debug it, whether the vibration motor is normal, and whether the exciter is running well, to ensure that the quality of the factory products is guaranteed for customers.
