2.Flashing: Remove the burrs and produce a ball shape by mean of flashing with cast-iron plates.
3.One Time Polish: Improve the brightness of steel bal
4.Heat Treatment: The utility characteristics for the balls are reached by means of hardening, carbonizing, quenching and tempering.
5.Two Time Polish: Improve the brightness of steel ball and adjust the shape of steel ball
6.Surface inspection: The appearance is examined by naked eye
7.Finish Inspection: Balls are inspected for dimensional accuracy, appearance, crushing load, and hardness and shall meet the requirements.
