Liquid to gas filling station
Liquid to gas cylinder filling station can fill cylinders with gas from cryogenic liquid source. The liquefied air gases permissable for filling are liquid oxygen (LOX), liquid nitrogen (LIN) and liquid argon (LAR).
The filling capacity starts from 1 liter per minute (6 cylinders/h) up to 25 LPM (150 cyl./hour).
Genetal description
The liquefied gas from cryogenic storage tank is pressurized by cryogenic pump and flows through the vaporizer where it turns back from liquid to gaseous phase. The gas is further distributed to cylinder pressure and temperature of the gas. The signals from the pump and pressure transmitter and temperature probe of the gas control panel are processed by electric cabinet which is controlling the running of the pump.
Application
Medium to larger application; in areas where liquid gases are available for reasonable prices.
Oxyen filling station
We have a wide range of oxygen filling stations used for filling cylinders of any size up to 200bar.
The filling capacity ranges from 2 to 200 cylinder per day.
The system can be set up to fill the hospital pipeline directly and use the filling ramp as a backup system.
Oxygen cylinders can be filled simultaneously or during hours with low consumption.
The enspressure is from 150bar to 200bar.

Nitrogen filling station
We have a wide range of nitrogen filling stations used for filling cylinderes of any size up to 350bar, higher pressure on request. These system can fill from 2 to 460 cylinders per day.
The filling station is totally automated system and can either be static where gas bottles are permanently manifolded into the application or a traditional cylinder filling station where cylinders are manually loaded and unloaded for use in remote locations.
All components are heavy duty, made for 24 hour per day operation.
The high pressure compressor or the gas booster starts & stops based on customer specific parameters.
The operation is supervised by control system and when any deviation from specified operation parameters occurs, the system is automatically shut down. The display shows operation data, maintenance information and error indication.
