Q: Does it come folded is it easy to make straight after unfolding?
A: It arrived straight and no it does not fold nor should you fold it. Keep it flat. But it works.
Q: Does this mat smell?
A: No. there won't are any issues with it smelling or putting off an odor.
Q: If this wool mat is used with an iron on a nice wood surface, will the wood be harmed?
A: One client use his on a kitchen island with a wood top. It had no effect on the wood top.
Q: Which brands use the lower quality will and have ridges ?
A: We use 100% New Zealand wool, and our mats should be nice and smooth. There may be some slight ridges, but it will not be significant like other wool ironing pad companies, which often have quite large ridges.
