D12 series marine diesel engine, based on the WD615 series technology, is a new engine which is designed by SINOTRUK and Ricardo company, it has features of big power, compact structure, good reliability, long life span, excellent performance and low fuel consumption.
A cover of a cylinder, four-valve intake and exhaust structure, reliable work, convenient disassembly
According to different conditions and requirements, it can choose to use electric pumps or common rail pump.
Built-in oil cooler, safe and reliable.
The back-end layout (Flywheel end) gear train can reduce noise, improve the reliability of the engine.
Water outlet pipe is integrated with the body type with a duplex type thermostat.
Frame type main bearing structure makes the whole body with high rigidity, which is favorable to improving the reliability and service life.
Built-in booster makes compact arrangement.

China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Hangzhou Engine Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. (SINOTRUK), is responsible for the business of the whole series of engines under SINOTRUK.
SINOTRUK has two engine production bases in Hangzhou and Jinan, with a total investment of more than 8 billion yuan and has successfully built the world's leading engine manufacturing system to produce diesel and natural gas engines on two platforms of MAN technology and STEYR technology, with a total annual production capacity of 400000 engines.
Our earliest history can be traced back to 1958.
In 1964, we successfully developed the first 6120 type high-speed vehicle diesel engine in China, which filled the gap of heavy vehicle diesel engine production in China.
In 1979, we successfully developed X6130 diesel engine, won the second prize of national science and technology progress award, and played an important role in the development of national automobile industry.
In 1983, the introduction of Steyr WD615 diesel engine from Steyr company of Austria was a complete success.
In 2009, SINOTRUK signed a cooperation agreement with German MAN company. German MAN company exclusively licensed its engine technology to SINOTRUK.

A: In 2009, SINOTRUK established its strategic partnership with German MAN SE, by which MAN SE holds 25%+1 share in SINOTRUK (Hong Kong) Limited.SINOTRUK Introduced three models (D20, D26 and D08) of engines, axles of medium duty and heavy-duty trucks, and relevant technologies of complete vehicles from MAN, laying a solid foundation for corporate long-term growth. Now SINOTRUK is synchronizing the engine technology with Germany.
