1. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We have our own factory, we produce and sell ourselves.
We welcome you to visit our factory.
2. How long is the lead time?
Within 15 days after receiving your deposit if we have stock.
And 20 working days after receiving your deposit if customized size.
3. I would like a unique shape/size. Can you do that?
Yes! We have the ability to create a new type to meet your requirement if none is available from the factory.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
5.What is the payment method?
In mass production, we usually pay 30% advance payment first, then the balance 70% before shipment. Most of the payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.
6. What is your sample policy?
We can supply free samples, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
