1. Inspection—Before installation, check whether there is any debris inside the fan, and if there is, remove it; turn the impeller to see if there are scratches, and if it is found to be inappropriate, it must be adjusted in time.
2. Foundation—concrete floor with a thickness of not less than 300mm, the surface is basically horizontal, according to the perimeter of the rack, it is not less than 300mm and higher than the surrounding floor by about 100mm (waterproof); floors and roofs that can carry the weight of the fan.
3. Trial operation—The air valve must be closed before starting to enable the fan to start under no-load conditions, and the air valve can be gradually opened after reaching the normal speed until the rated working condition. During operation, the current should be strictly monitored and must not exceed the rated value. After 20 minutes of operation, the fan should check whether the temperature rise of the bearing box is normal (the temperature rise should not exceed the ambient temperature of 40 ° C and the table temperature must not exceed 70 ° C). 4. Maintenance—When the fan is maintained, it must be shut down and powered off first; replace the lubricant (oil or grease) according to the actual situation; when the fan has increased vibration, the bearing temperature rises too high, the motor current is too large, the body is overheated, and other abnormal conditions, The cause should be identified in time, and operation can be resumed after troubleshooting.
