Structure characteristics
- This type of product is oil-paper insulation structure, its main insulation is made of high-voltage cable paper wrapped. In order to improve electric field distribution and increase the utilization rate of insulating materials, several voltage-sharing capacitive screens are set up in the main insulation, which are soaked in transformer oil after vacuum drying. Stable insulation, reliable, operation experience, long service life, easy maintenance.
- Transformer oil has good fluidity and good heat dissipation. It has self-extinguishing ability for partial discharge faults caused by bubbles and dust.
- By changing the connection mode of the external connector, the series-parallel connection can be easily changed, thus changing the current-current ratio.
- A stainless steel metal expander is installed on the top of the product, which makes the product fully sealed, prevents transformer oil and insulator paper from being dampened, prolongs the service life of the product, and has an oil level inspection window arranged on the metal expander. Changes in oil levels can be easily observed.
- The bottom of the product is equipped with a multi-function oil discharge valve, which makes oil sampling and oil discharge more convenient.
- An independent ground screen outlet terminal is arranged in the secondary terminal box.
