Eastman WN type dredging pump is a new type of mud pump developed by our company for dredging and sand reclamation by rivers, lakes and seas on the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology. Judging from the management of rivers, lakes and seas at home and abroad, the use of dredging pumps as the main pumping equipment has been widely recognized. This method is considered to be a pollution-free, environmentally friendly, efficient, and energy-saving governance measure that has been promoted. The single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump produced by our company has the characteristics of light weight, good wear resistance, excellent dredging performance, good overall structure marine performance, and high comprehensive economic benefits. It can fully meet the requirements of dredgers. Requirements for mud pumps. WN dredge pump system is mainly composed of a pump head, a dedicated reduction gear box for mud pumps, a highly elastic coupling, and a marine transmission monitoring system. Among the flow components, the impeller, front guard plate, and rear guard plate are made of strong anti-wear alloy cast iron with a hardness of not less than 58HRC. The pump body is made of wear-resistant alloy steel with excellent anti-abrasion and pressure resistance. We can use different materials according to different media to meet the requirements.

Material

All of the metal wet parts are made of high chromium alloy which has superior wear and erosion resistance or grey iron which has a high rigidity.

We only use the most wear-resistant materials to ensure no breakage during operation.

Shaft Seal

As the expeller ring is assembled together with the expeller, much pressure can be reduced effectively for the impeller.

Meanwhile, it can still maintain a reliable sealing performance.

Pump Parts

The parts such as labyrinth, labyrinth locknut, end cover and shaft sleeve are used for bearing assembly; these parts can be changed easily and have high accuracy and longer service life.
