Single Electric Sliding Door for Cold Room

Our PU sliding door has double door and single door. We have two types to open: electric and manual.And we configured buttons and cable switches. Our cold room door has good insulation and seal.  It is often used in stasff, forkless frequent access to various high and low temperature cold storage,food processing room,warehouse etc.

1.The door body adopts a fully enclosed whole frameless structure filled with PU for one molding,has beautiful surface,good insulation and good sealing performance.

2.The metal material is 304 stainless steel,light weight and high strength.

3.The sealing strip on the door body is made of silicone rubber material and has high temperature resistance,antiaging and high elasticity.

4.The guide rail is made of high strength variable-line 6063 aluminum alloy,4mm thickness,special floting and closed type.

5.With anti-pinch function and rotatable inner handle to escape,high safety.

6.Electric sliding door can add air curain machine to prevent cold and heat exchange.

7.Suggest add 36V low pressure heater to protect the sealing strip if the temperature is less than 0 degree.

Q3:: Will you charge for the design? 

A3:  No, design is free. Our engineer will make the dedign according to customers' requirements and the land conditions.

Q4: What about the installation and commissionning of the equipments? 

A4: Our company will assign our experienced technical team to instruct the installation and complete the commissioning. 

Q5: Do you also supply the coldrooms(chilling room/freezing room/coldstore)? 

A5: Yes, we also manufacture coldrooms as per customers' meat storage capacity.  

Q6: Do you also provide the waste water treatment system? 

A6: Yes, we can design and manufacture as per the water usage capacity of the slaughterhouse. 

Q7: Can you do package project or turnkey project ? 

A7: Yes, we can. And all main equipments are manufactured by us. This can save cost for the customers.
